Job Description
Client Servicing
- Ensure sustenance plans are in place
- Supervise weekly concalls with the clients and fortnightly meetings
- Review and send out monthly reports
- Conduct quarterly reviews and annual reviews
Handle select client accounts independently and ensure high levels of servicing. Day-to-day coordination with clients and internal teams - setting deadlines, deliverables plan, timely approvals and review of all client communication. Plan, manage and execute

matrix and

outreach exercise. Set performance goals for immediate reportees, monitor the work of reportees, facilitate the development of reportees through daily on and off the job learning. Ensure collections for moneys outstanding with clients
- Tracking invoice details and reminders to clients
- Coordinate with Accounts to ensure timely collections. Effective vendor management (Associates)
- Coordinate with vendor for effective negotiation and delivery; Ensure timely payments. Seamless Coordination between client and outstation offices on national businesses. Support business development in terms of concepts, ideation, preparation of first draft pitches
