Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for Identifying and developing develop partnerships (Title Sponsorships) with industry events for brand experience and awareness. This also includes marketing and branding the organization in Corporate Events, Trade Shows and Conferences.

Job Profile:

• Develop and manage IndiaMART.com brand identity to position it as a leading B2B marketplace.

• Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities.

• Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing communication initiatives.

• Utilize exceptional relationship skills to develop market leading partnerships with current or potential title sponsors

• Manage day to day approval process with all partners to ensure brand programmes are optimised and delivered to agreed milestones.

• Manage the sponsorship request process, and agency, ensuring that all sponsorship requests are logged, communicated to relevant parties and response provided to all enquiries.

• Effective disbursement of all resources to the events for meeting all contractual obligations

Qualification:
MBA/PGDBM.

Experience:
Minimum 1 years of marketing experience with brand based sponsorship experience gained in either an agency or client company (preferred)

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Effective Planner and ability to build and maintain effective relationships

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong competency in MS Office especially in Excel.
