Job Description
Affiliate Sales Manager

ISynerG is seeking a highly motivated, energetic rock star to help expand and manage our growing affiliate base. If you can't take no for an answer, if you are the life of the party, if you want to earn money while you sleep – we want you! In this position you will be working closely with the Managing Director and the President of ISynerG, working towards expanding and growing the business.

Position Responsibilities:
- Recruit, recruit, recruit quality affiliates
- Managing partnership with current affiliate base.
- Managing Affiliates through Networks such as CJ,Linkshare,PepperJam etc.
- Coordinating with our sales force to push out weekly promotional messages to affiliate base.
- Managing the affiliate program budget and sales forecast.
- Growing online sales for ISynerG through the affiliate channel while optimizing ROI.
- Monitoring affiliate performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
- Providing internal business groups with monthly and quarterly reporting on program performance along with recommendations on opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with senior management to source and close new affiliate deals
- Ensure affiliate compliancy with contractual obligations and fraud monitoring
- Work closely with IT to ensure effective tracking


Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 3+ years of online sales and affiliate marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detailed-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
