Job Description Crederity ( www.crederity. com ) is looking for someone with unmatched capability in ramping up operations for our India and US teams. A smart,capable, and most of all a person who has entrepreneurial mindset to run it as a business.

The candidate will be one of the senior employees/partners and will Identify opportunities for process improvements/ efficiencies and drive adoption of high priority/high value improvements within the operations te*am

 Ramp up operation in India and synergise the same for aggressive growth plans in India and USA.
 Work closely with sales, marketing, business development and technical team and define business processes.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements/ efficiencies and drive adoption of high priority/high value improvements within the team.
    
Candidate Profile     MBA from a premier B School and around 6+ years of operations in ITES/BPO with experience in creating a team from scratch
    Experience in an internet startup a big plus but not mandatory!
    Hands on experience in customer relationship management, people management,
    P&L, operation & quality management, information security/certificat ion/compliance etc.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated success at training and mentoring teams.
    Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership of the team
