We are a venture funded company focussed around mobile advertising. We deliver rich media engagements with targeted consumers for leading brands like Coke, HSBC, TOyota and Nike to name a few. We have our own rich media network in places like Barista, Shoppers stop to deliver rich content and brand engagements to consumers. Some of our solutions like Augmented reality, stadium engagements have won us several awards and global recognitions. We are looking for senior professionals with experience in selling outdoor/ experiential marketing or radio to head our Mumbai operations

Job Description
Works in the domain/region identified to meet revenue targets
Generates leads, makes presentations and proposals to prospective customers
Works with activation team to ensures that orders are full filled
Receivable management for the orders closed.
Mentors and manages local sales and activation time
Maintains the leading position telibrahma has in terms of signing up new customers first on our network
Manages to get in to media budgets of all major brands in the region within 6 months

Ideal person is :
Self starter, quick learner, dynamic and aggressive person who is passionate about innovation
Who wants to get exposed to the challenges and opportunities in a startup and humility to learn
One who has bold enough to ask questions to customers and have capability to understand customers problems.
Should be comfortable in learning and sharing new ideas with colleagues
Experience :
Must have worked with OOH/ Radio/ Digital/ Activation sales with direct relationship with the brands in the given region
should know the decision makers and the process that is required to close the sale with a given brand
Connections with Key activation agencies and media buying organizations
Experience in writing proposals and review contracts
Proven track record for selling new ideas and concepts to brands
Strong Relationship with media buying /selling agencies, brand managers
Good written and oral communication skills
Experience in drafting proposals and presentation
Ability to do research and reachout to a right person and doing pitch over email/ phone/ elevator an important ingredient.
Must have a humble attitude with ability to listen and address concerns of the customers
