Job Description Job Role/Responsibilities Include the following
  • Managing all new Business Generation for the agency, in west/south India.
  • Responsible for managing and growing the client relationship.
  • Responsible for completing successful contract negotiations and Budget management for client projects
  • Oversee strategy development for the particular campaign including the development of key alliances and interactive marketing/advertising strategies
  • Manage profit and loss responsibility of clients of the agency
  • Lead team in a highly collaborative environment to develop and execute digital advertising/marketing strategies for clients in a variety of industries - FMCG, IT, Retail, Travel, etc.
  • Liason with other offices of the agency across the country or the sub-continent in order to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Responsible for initiating and managing internal team training and knowledge enhancement sessions.
    
Candidate Profile Someone with
- 5+ years of experience in the media/marketing industry
- 3+ years of new-age/online media work experience
- Extensive experience of BD/Sales in the interactive medium
- Proven track record of generating significant new business and revenues
