Supply of accurate sales data and other relevant data to clients on a regular basis
Providing Pro-active feedback on client requirements and product changes
Formulate marketing strategies to meet agreed objectives
Communicate activities to the Delivery & Product teams
Generate new areas of commercial opportunity
Undertake the administrative aspects of Account Management
Undertake affiliate recruitment for each campaign
Monitor marketplace to keep abreast of industry developments / opportunities
Resolve all account queries and invoice queries so that invoices are sent and paid on time
Develop strategic plan for each key client to deliver growth and meet or exceed gross profit forecasts
Check all activity tracking and sales route (client side) are functioning correctly, and commission structure is correct, facilitating accurate sales value data and tracking at all times
Create and deliver strategic reviews of your key account activity periodically (quarterly and annually)
Undertake detailed analysis and prepare detailed statistics for all meetings and calls
Co-ordinate tasks and team activity.
Execute a plan for short and long-term business to deliver desired results.
Organise the team to maximise opportunities and execute the agreed plans
Graduate or an MBA from a reputed institute
More than 2 years experience, with 1 year+ in the online industry
Ability to understand the key elements affecting success in an online environment and communicate these effectively to senior client executives
A consultative approach to the sales process
A good understanding of Internet business and payment models, especially results-based models
Strong negotiation skills,
Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation technique, and have the drive that makes them thrive in cold calling and cross selling. Comfortable presenting detailed plans/ideas to senior management
Ability to work cross-functionally within the company to remove obstacles to success
A track record of exceeding expectations in a competitive environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to execute on multiple time-limited objectives simultaneously
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of, and contacts within, the Indian advertising and sales industry.
Knowledge of the search marketing industry
Numerate and analytically minded, mathematics or science studies an advantage. Ability to use data – analytical abilities and to draw inferences from data
Requires experience & understanding of online Account Management and strong commercial experience
Understanding of affiliate marketing, search engine marketing and Internet marketing in general a distinct advantage. We will provide training on our in-house systems
Proven ability to deliver results within set timescales
