Job Description

The Sr. Software Engineer - Innovation , will provide the strategic vision for enhancing company's technology-enabled marketing services and the technical infrastructure to support them.

This role will hold influence over all technology initiatives. He will be responsible for overseeing current technology platform as well as build and maintain newer platforms for automation of company’s processes – some of which include the websites owned by the company, internal CRM systems, sales process tracking systems etc.

We also expect this individual to build relationships with vendors, contractors and external companies for all technology related initiatives.

    
Candidate Profile  The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, outgoing, and a good translator between business and technology, having demonstrated success integrating technology into a larger organization. The candidate should have an engineering degree (Computer Science, IT or Electronics) from a top-grade engineering college and should have at least 2 years of work experience. Familiarity with web development, Point-of-Sale technologies would be preferred.
